Join me for some extra accountability and succeed in this Challenge Group! We will be working out with Joel Freeman in his new program LIIFT4 which focuses on weight lifting and HIIT exercises. Only 4 workouts a week and half an hour a day, this program is designed to work around your life, because lets be honest, we are busy.
This program comes all the workouts you need, workout schedule and meal plan, which takes all the guess work out of it. All you need to do is do what your told ;).
